We finally have rain in Texas. We were going through one of the worst droughts in years here.
I know there are parts of the country that are getting to much rain. Too much of anything is never good, but I still have to be happy about our rain. We lost several oaks on the ranch during our last drought. I have cows to feed and prices for everything jump up when we lose crops. I do want to say a prayer for the people in the country that are being effected by to much rain. My home state of Louisiana is at great risk. We are talking worst than Katrina damage if some of the floods come their way.
